Half Lamb
Description
Free grazing on clover, lucerne, ryegrass and hay, our lamb is a cross of Merino and Southdown. Bred on the farm, we are able to track their entire life cycle, and we follow a low-stress growth program, meaning they are raised naturally without any force-feeding. Each half lamb order has a guaranteed weight of 11+kg and comes cut up, cryovaced and labelled for your convenience.
Please note that your half when ordered may not be available straight away there could be a wait. We only have animals processed to order as we like to let the customer experience our meat as fresh as possible after hanging the traditional way for 1 week. Littlewood Lamb is a boutique product, and as such we only process our stock once a week. Once your order is received one of our friendly team members will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. If you require your lamb by a specific date, please contact us on 0438 602 582 before placing your order. Please make sure you leave a phone number when ordering otherwise we cannot contact you.
Due to shipping restrictions, this product is only available as a pick up from the farm.

We recently bought half a lamb from Littlewood Farm. The pickup was quick and easy – we were even offered a tour of the shearing sheds (we couldn’t stop but definitely next time if available). The lamb is amazing. We have cooked up the shanks (slow cooked is always tender) and today roasted a leg (with hot English mustard, garlic and soy sauce). WOW. So tender, so tasty, so delicious!!! Definitely recommend Littlewood Farms for lamb. Amazing!!
