With plenty of fruit for picking, (a little smaller then normal but due to the time of the year and the weather it is to be expected)
Our amazing sunflower field is officially open on our open days.

School is back! Now is the time to gather information and book into our first time offered shearing shed excursions.
We only have limited spots available so please find information and enquire on our website under school groups as they are only available set times of the year.

We are OPEN SATURDAY 3RD feb
9.30 till 4
We have a good amount of strawberries to pick but not as much as Thursday.
SUNFLOWERS ARE NOT READY YET! THEY ARE SUPER CLOSE AND WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN AVAILABLE
But we will have the delicious pre-picked spray free blueberries from Forbes bay and our pre-picked and pick your own strawberries as well as all our normal and other tasty treats.
We have the most amazing coffee and hot chocolate from Little Bean coffee van and our equally delicious lamb pies available.
Please note: all our fresh produce availability on the day is always limited.
We never know how busy we will be or how much people will pick, so please keep this in mind and to avoid disappointment please come early, same for the pies they are available till sold out, so get in while you can!
Hopefully see you all for a pie, coffee and icecream on what is set to be a glorious day weather wise!

Things are really looking great this week for pick

Things are really looking great this week for pick your own strawberries. We can not guarantee fruit will be available when you arrive as we never know how busy we will be, but we're pretty happy with how the patch is making a comeback after a few rough weeks.
We will be open 9.30 till 4

THURSDAY AND
SATURDAY
For amazing coffee, littlewood lamb pies, icecreams, gin and liqueur tastings and purchases, local and freshly dug kennebec potatoes, pick your own strawberries and pre-picked strawberries.

We have some really lovely fruit coming on so get in while the sun shines!
With a fresh batch of Littlewood Lamb pies in the morming, head on out for a coffee and Strawberry treats!
If your also looking for more to do with the family, outside Richmond 10 mins from us you will find Lowdina Orchard where due to the weather, they have heaps of jam apricots and cherries available for farm gate purchase. (No questions regarding lowdina will be answered on this post, please visit their facebook)

After the heat it calls for for a coffee and icecream!
More drizzle is forcasted throughout the day but not till later so put on your gumboots and come picking or grab some tasty treats.
We are unsure what damage the rain may have done to the fruit at this stage but there is still fruit for picking.

The patch is still producing limited fruit with a strong flowering coming, so please stay tuned and get in early to avoid disappointment, as we never know how busy we are going to be.

Hello all, yes we are open Tuesday the 9th January, 9.30 till 4
We have a good amount of fruit for pick your own AND pre picked which is fantastic news. We did get 2 inches of rain last night so things are very wet under foot, please wear appropriate footwear (like gumboots for smaller ones)
Amazing day to come out and catch up with friends over a coffee, Littlewood lamb pie and all our tasty treats.

OPEN SATURDAY 6TH JAN 9.30-4
PLEASE NOTE:
---pick your own fields closed---
Our new flush of fruit is so close but it just won't seem to get enough sunshine before Saturday, this means all our strawberries are still green or half ripe.
So we please encourage and ask local families and friends to please still support us at this low fruit time and maybe get a coffee, littlewood lamb pie and icecreams with your little ones, or even bring your own picnics and meet friends to enjoy our space.
This last month has been a very tough one on the farm with losing a whole flowering which put us 3 weeks behind in fruit.
So even just popping in for an icecream or coffee will still mean the world for us xx

We will be opening on our normal days of
Tuesdays , Thursdays and Saturday's 9.30 till 4.
We are still waiting for our fruit to come fully back online so
PLEASE NOTE
Although we open till 4pm we may run out of fruit earlier. We never know how busy we will be, so we can not always guarantee fruit on your arrival so please keep this in mind.
It has been a rough season for strawberries weather wise, and we are trying our hardest so please be patient and especially be understanding to our staff.
The patch is a happy space and any rudeness towards staff is not tolerated.
We hope to see you in 2024!

Due to the lack of sunshine, inconsistent and drop in temperature we currently have no ripe fruit available for picking or pick your own .
We will reopen in 2024 with hopefully a lot more fruit then what we currently have had the last few weeks.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and please keep an eye on posts for our next open day!
2024 will be a cracker.
Thank you all for your support so far this season and see you all next year .

We are open today (28th december)
9.30 till 4 pm
Shake off the christmas dust and busy boxing day rush and come enjoy an icecream, coffee and pie at Littlewood berry farm and get some fresh air.
We will have pre-picked strawberries available, and we also have pick your own strawberries. Please note- the pick your own fields are still in weird weather/christmas recovery mode, so fruit is still very limited. Please only pick the red fruit, don't pick anything half green or white. This is our next open days fruit and if this is picked, we won't have any fruit the next open day.
We hope to see even if your just popping in for a gin and liqueur tasting or an icecream .

WISHING EVERYONE A VERY SAFE ANS MERRY CHRISTMAS
Thank you to everyone who came out today and supported us. We tried our hardest and were so happy to see so many strawberries walk out the door to good homes. We always wish we have more fruit this time of year, but this season, in particular has been very hard, and our plants have struggled the last month with the weather.
We are sorry to the people we didn't have enough fruit for and who ventured out but unfortunately we didn't have enough for everyone.maybe next year.
We are now CLOSED, and we hope to re-open Thursday the 28th of December xx
